First day at Phil Green's Team, Real Estate Advisers in San Diego, California

Here I am today, for the first real morning at Big Block Realty, specifically Phil Green's Team.  My first course of business is to get appointments, and as many as possible to attain listings.  During this I will be using my experience to dig out opportunities of stressed properties that can use help.
